Family Reunion!!!
Family Reunion!!!
Once upon a time in 2015 0r 2016 I was SO excited! Because every time its family reunion it is ALWAYS fun! We get to do anything there and it is also a hall!WE can go to the park that is right next to the hall.We don’t get grounded when we go there but only when its night time then we get grounded...Which is kind of sense because it’s dark and you can’t really see during dark time when you go to the park,We also eat, not just tongan food CHICKEN AND CHIPS! That is probably why I get excited but when its eat time we line up in a line and just wait until it ours turn!.
We also dance and do fitness but you can just sit down and watch,also to dance you need to come up with your own dance! You can do it in a group and you can also do it by yourself,you can also do a remix dance as well but you will have to edit the song to do the remix dance,you can also do any dance not just tongan so it could be Siva samoa or it could be a hip hop ANYTHING, the reason why we do the dance it’s because when you dance they will give out money and they will put it in a small bucket until its full because the next family reunion is in tonga!!!,the reason why we do fitness because it’s just to warm ourselves up just in case we go outside for a sport game and we might not be able to play which is kind of sad but at least you get to watch all the funny things that are going to happen like when people talk funny and they take it seriously in a funny way.

One of my favourite parts is when we get to dance on the stage and when my cousin was dancing with my other cousin and it was so funny!
My other favourite part was when all the kids got to play outside and we played octopus,it was so fun! Even though I didn’t win! Because it’s just a game!...THE END!

Luisa'a holiday
In the Holidays Me and my cousin’s went to the eastern beach and we also came with our friends to
swim with us at the beach it was fun and when we were swimming saw little jelly fish but it didn’t sting
us and when we saw a ice cream truck we ran to it because we love ice cream and brought some ice
cream and it was so delicious.
We had to go to another beach and the beach we went to was Cocobay also they had a park too. The
water was little bit gone but we still swim in there and it was so fun then I was done because I was cold
so I changed and I was not cold anymore then I went to the park and played with my friends
because I didn’t have anything to do. After that we had to go home and have some rest because it
was a long day. The next day we made some Tongan food which was called tongoa. It is made with
powder and tongan Lu but first you have to add the Tongan lu and then add some hot water then you
have to mix it all together so the Lu can turn mushy after that you add the powder and mix after
mixing you put in a ziplock bag and steam it after that you can take it out and put it on a plate and cut it.
When it’s all cut in pieces you have to put it in a bowl and start making the oil its called the ngoa oil you
have to put it in the bowl and start mixing it together then when it is all mixed together then you can eat
it and share it with your family.People like our friends and cousin’s started to come over to our house
to have some ngoa but they came in night time and after that they said they were going to the fountain
at mission bay and we said that we wanted to come too so we got ready and we went to there house
to pick them up and it was only the older siblings because the little ones weren’t aloud because it was
to cold for them. When we got there we touched the water and the water felt super cold so we went to
the other side which is the beach and walked in the water but i didn’t walk in the water because it was
night time so i walked on the sand instead after that we started going to the fountain to swim and it was
freezing cold but i still swim in it and the other girls started pushing each other and it was kind of funny
then they started to come in and we thought of playing some games like touch and then my aunty
started to come in and also her husband and we told our aunty to join the game and her husband was
the coach then we started my team started to kick and the other team got the ball and ran with it.
After the fun we had we had to go home.

Kia pai te kotahi
Kia pai te kotahi is about Better together but it’s just not only that it is also about working together as a team showing kindness and also showing respect to each other .Kia pai te kotahi is the school theme .
At camp I showed Respect to our camp leaders and also to each other. When we were playing a game called killer zone, we all worked together as team by helping each other passing the board until it gets to the next person.
At school I have showed kia pai te kotahi to my classmates by helping them with their work and by
Helping more kids in my class and making sure they understand what they are doing , I also show better together by solving more maths problems with my group and making sure they really understand , I showed more and more better together in term 2 .
I will show better together in term 2 by helping more , being a role model , be a good role model , make more friends and not just fake friends good friends , I will help a lot of my classmates , I will make sure to help a lot of people , I will also help more people in my class and be very nice , I will solve more problems together . I will be a good role model and good classmate through this whole year!.

Table discussion
If I had a family to take I would take them to tonga because my cousins live there and on the next day we would go to a island that is close to us and that island is called eua. Eua is a island that is a small place and has a one small airport that is near my nena house and the people that live in my house is my aunts and uncles also my cousins because I really love to visit them and they also built a new house because new people might come over and sometimes we can’t all fit inside the house and they sometimes have to sit outside when its cold but luckily eua is very hot.
