David Attenborough Documentary Coastal seas

Today we watched the our Planet Documentary, narrated by David Attenborough, called Coastal Seas. Here are some interesting facts we learnt:

  • 90 percent of marine creatures live in coastal waters. This is because the seafloor is in reach of sunlight.
  • The documentary we watched was filmed in the Everglades National Park,Florida USA.
  • The lush meadows of the park support the marine life.
  • The giant Trevally and Sting Ray are extremely good hunters.
  • Stingrays hunt for their prey that hide in the seagrass.
  • There is a lot of food for the sea creatures, and for the humans in the coastal waters.
  • The bottlenose dolphin has a special way of hunting shoals of mullet. They create a circle around the fish and flick up the mud which makes the water murky-the mullet then get confused and jump up in the air, making it easy for the dolphins to catch the mullet.
  • Coral reefs make up less than 1% of all the marine species that live in the ocean.
  • Coral reefs are missing an important member of the community -Sharks!
  • Shark numbers have been dramatically reduced due to overfishing
  • Overfishing has reduced the shark population 90%

Hi guys! I am back and today we are going to do a challenge which is called chose one song!!!

What is your favourite food!?

Hi guys! as you can see I did a slide show of what is your favourite food!!! hopefully you like it!

What Tongan food do you like!!!

What Tongan food do you like!!!

My FIRST food tongan food is otai but it’s kinda like food I think BUT if your wondering what otai is it is basically a drink with mixed fruit and then you just drink,The other thing I like is ngoa, ngoa is a squishy type of food like sponge and it is made with powder and lu which is  the ingredient you would also need warm water. So how you make is just add the powder and the lu with the warm water by the way it may be wrong because it was made a long time ago which was probably  months ago by the way after you mix it needs to look green I know it sounds weird but yea after you done that you just need to put it into a zip bag and then just put it in boiling water forgot that.It will turn solid but soft and there is an oil you can put it on  and it will just taste AMAZING! So that is why I like it!. I do have more which is sipi and supo, supo is soup with chicken and sipi is cow with cabbage around it but I like soup and ya know why obviously it’s because it has chicken!!! EVERYONE loves chicken right who doesn’t!!!.That's it for today, guys!!!

What Tongan food do you like and why?

Please leave a positive comment :)
