This Morning Nina showed us a way to Relax our Mind/Clear our mind as well.
She meditation,she also played Relaxing music like the sounds of nature and birds chirping. Here's 5 ways you can relax your mind.

. You can pray/read the Bible.
. You can do some yoga with some relaxing music.
. You can go for a walk with headphones,playing music you think is for you.
. You can write some things down on a notebook.
. You can Read  a book.
